A few weeks ago I received a message on Facebook from Chris, wondering if I was available to photograph a proposal. I immediately said yes! I think that photographing a proposal is on every wedding photographer’s bucket list and I am no exception! Over the next few weeks we messaged back and forth trying to figure out a good plan that would leave Shannon surprised and she was! Chris had tricked Shannon in to getting her hair and nails done with a gift certificate that was about to expire and then they headed to the Marina, where I pretended to be a student who really needed a picture for a project that was due on Monday! I took a couple of pictures before thanking them and pretending to head on my way, and that was Chris’ cue! Here are a few of my favorite shots from their proposal!
